1. PRs know very little about journalism - they lack that journalists' keen nose.

2. PRs generally will not be able to write.

3. PRs will spend a lot of your money on mini-croissants and other expensive pastries.

4. PRs will formalise what should be an informal relationship between you and journalists.

5. PRs will spend a lot of your time — and money — doing stuff that's not necessary, like pretty ppt presentations.
